The build

A function-based AI workforce inside an internal operations hub that replaced the third-party SaaS stack: eleven workspace sections, agent chat on live model APIs, approvals, and file management. Heavy work fans out to more than a hundred concurrent agents with independent judge agents verifying output before it ships. A self-consolidating memory system keeps durable company state across every session.

The proof

The workforce runs the live P&L daily: campaigns drafted and analyzed, books reconciled, customers answered, contracts reviewed. Operating cost: a few hundred dollars a month.
